Really, do you know, because on 1.Jan.2007 it become a member of The European Union ( if you know what is that) and not only that.There are a lot of people from this country who should be famous because they are really good.Haven't you heard of Albena Denkova and Maxim Stavyski ( world champions in figure skating) and Stoichkova ( ex soccer player) ....And in every university in the USA there are at least 2 bulgarian students, so you should know about it .

You can find it in the Eastern part of Europe, near the Black sea (by the way it has beautiful seaside resorts). The other neighbors are : Romania (also EU member from 1st of Jan 2007), Yugoslavia, Macedonia, Greece and Turkey.
