Alright.. In high school, I was basically your average joe. I played on a few sports teams, went to the occasional party, and was decent looking (a little overweight).

In my "extended" group of friends, there was a girl who was really good looking, but I never really talked to. She was a year younger, and never seemed to be at the social events I found myself at, so that was that.

Now three year later, I'm in a University class with her. The first few lectures I was always late, and ended up sitting at the front, so I never really made any sort of contact with her.

Yesterday though, I managed to make it to class early, and sat two rows over from her. (Now, not to sound vein or anything, but since high school I've been somewhat of a frequent at the gym, I made an extreme improvement to the wardrobe, and have basically bettered myself overall.)

So, with 10 minutes until class started, I caught her looking at me 4 times... Does this mean anything, or am I just overanalyzing?

don't agonize over it in the first place...just start a conversation with her by saying hi and see where it goes....life is short, make it interesting.

Lol, that's cute. Well, You know you look good so that's why you noticed her looking at you. But 4 times??? Yeah, I agree, that's about 3 times too many. My guess would be that she is flat out checking you out. Now it's a great opportunity for you, if she still interests you, because you have somewhat of a history together. All you have to do is bring up something or someone from High School. But yeah she definitely digs you....and your new look!

I can tell that you're feeling a bit insecure, even though you are making some nice comments about yourself.

Pretend you are secure (fake it until you make it) and walk up to her after class and say....

"Hey. I think we might have attended the same high school. Did you go to _ _ _ ? (She says "Yes, you do look familiar, or Isn't your name ***?) Then you can say "Yes, that's right. How've you been? ___________ So, what's your major?___________ What do you plan to do with that?_____________

Then let her talk. If she asks you questions back, she's potentially interested. IF she just answers questions and then says, "Well, it was nice seeing you. I've got to run." That's your clue that she's potentially not interested.

In any case, you can say "See you (next date of class)!"

Then, at the next class, see if she approaches you. If not, you can still say hi.

Sometimes when you go to college you see people you haven't seen in a long time, you can use this to your advantage as a way to break the ice.

It could also be that she has taken a notice in you so try to get there early enough to "casualy" find a seat next to her and talk to her and see what happens from there...good luck

She's seen you and she's probably impressed but that's it. You shouldn't give her the time of day unless she speaks to you. Other than that she probably just recognizes you from somewhere and can't quite pinpoint it, or she doesn't know if it's you or not. Don't play into it too much, she's shallow if she's just now noticing you and you deserve way better than that. =)

She probably recognises you thats all, you are overanalyzing the situation. Why dont you go talk to her, you already have a great excuse, you could say hey dont i know you from high school?
