It depends on if you want to answer the question by mass or by volume. If by volume, see the answer given previously. If by mass, you need to use the specific gravity of the individual components. The commonly given SG for acetone is .791 g/ml, ethyl alcohol is .801 g/ml. Water of course is 1.00 g/ml. Using these figures the 250 mls will weigh approx. 230.59 g. Doing the percentages, you get acetone = 17.15%, Ethyl alcohol = 15.63%, & water = 67.21%

20% acetone, 18% acetone & 62% water

50/250 =0.2 x 100 = 20%
45/250 = 0.18 x 100 = 18%
(250 - 50 - 45) / 250 = 0.62 x 100 = 62%

Hope this helps
