well...if you know the values of B and D...you add the ones in ( ) first...x's it by the ones on the outside....so..

6(2+5)-2(2+5)+4....add the ( ) first....2+5 = 7 and 2+5 = 7
so
6x7-2x7+4=284......

6(2+5)-2(2+5)+4=

6(7)-2(7)+4=

42-14+4=

28-4=

4....hehe
