12 years, 74 pounds(34 kilos), 4'8(148cms). I'm asking so i can tell my parents, who are always telling me to eat MORE, because i am apparently too thin. They think i'm starving myself. I am NOT! I eat three meals a day, with snacks, such as muffins, biscuits, cheese, etc.

At 12 years of age and 148 cms 34 kilos is acceptable you are within mormal limits. If you slip below that then i would suggest you get checked out.

The health risks of being thin at your age are far less than being heavy. It sounds like you are a bit thin, but as long as you are otherwise healthy, no worries.

typically Asian women are tiny little things......and as you grow older you may experience weight gain in your 20's, 30's and so on.
so tell them to stop bugging you and explain that you do eat 3 meals a day with heathy snacks in between
