i am not in that kind of relationship but it is bound to have some guilt involved with it. just end it and get a real life cause if it's been 9 years he is not about to leave his wife and u are never going to have a life, and your wasting yours on false promises. to get rid of the guilt involved u get out of it, and don't let him talk u out of it. he is only using u to keep disconnected from the wife, so he won't have to work on his marriage problems. i imagine it would be quite stressful to be involved with someone married, not to mention the karma that is sometimes and most always connected to it. the guilt u are feeling is your subconscious trying to tell u that changes are needed in your life. maybe it is the voice of reason trying to talk to u and make u see there is a better way to find happiness.

To each his own I guess. If there is stress and guilt how can you enjoy the relationship?Someone is taking you for a merry ride in the park.Wake up and smell the roses dear.Take a deep breath and make a fresh start. If it is adulterous then it can hurt you the next time around too.Cheaters always cheat again!!its inherent in them.wish you all the best and make the informed choice..

How about stopping this adulterous relationship now? I think once you stop this relationship you yourself will feel out of stress, as far as guilt is concerned if you have guts to ask for pardon from the person whom you have hurt by this relationship this will also leave your mind & you will feel free & composed.

No I am not, the way to handle it is to get out..there are too many people out in the world single and lonely to be doing this..I don't know if you are attached or the male, but someone is going to get hurt...someone is haveing cake and eating it too...you can go through life like this or decide to change..you have guilt for a reason, you know it is wrong...so that means you still can judge right and wrong, so listen to yourself and make your life worth more than that...plz listen and leave it alone...good luck

What you are doing is very common among women. So don't be ashamed and go ahead and get out there and show the world that you are a REAL woman. Make sure to get plenty of c0ck now OK.
Remember, once you do something, it is in the past, and of course, the past doesn't matter to women these days so live it up lady! You deserve it.

You should feel guilty and ashamed when you continue with it. Just push yourself out of the shameful relationship. After a while, marry some one. It is only by way of substitution that one will be able to erase the unwanted thing.

Premarital, extramarital or unwed sexual activities (intercourse / coitus) are not barred / prohibited and are no offence in any Indian law. Wife’s sexual intercourse with other/s is also no offence, hence no prosecution or punishment to her. Even her sex partner also cannot be punished, if was unaware of her wedlock or had sex with consent or connivance of her husband. However the police cannot arrest or prosecute him. After divorce also her husband is bound to maintain or pay till she remarries, even if she is permanently / continuously enjoying sex with all other/s. Pre marital sexual experiences (intercourse / coitus) with other/s cannot be a ground to seek divorce under Hindu/Special Marriage Act. Thus a female’s physical sexual relations with persons/s of her choice (with their consent) is not an offence or prohibited / barred in any Indian law and she is at liberty to enjoy freely and fearlessly. A male’s physical sexual relations with any 16+ female (with her consent) is no offence or barred / prohibited in any Indian Law, unless she is in the wedlock of somebody else and is done knowing her wedlock and without her husband’s consent or connivance.
However all unwed, premarital, extramarital physical sexual relations are not good, resulting in dissatisfied marital lives, AIDS / STD, and births of bastards/ illegitimates, who mostly think/plan/act perversely & contrary to nature, causing all mischief/disorder/disturbance in the world. Such sexual relations put spouses in search for more betters, and destroy joyful marital lives usually resulting in divorces. High % of divorces and children of broken families are threat to the peaceful world.
Muslims believe in their holy book Quran, which is the last among many such books revealed for guidance of human beings. They believe in one creator (God) Allah, all the prophets (messengers) of Allah which ended upon the last Prophet. For over 14 centuries they believe & practice the clearly written specific and obvious teachings & commands of Quran & the last Prophet, which remained unchanged till date. Their teachings and commands are their Code of Life and guide at each and every step, e.g., marriage, divorce, crimes and punishments, successions, friendship, public relations, business & employment, earning & spending, etc. They have to believe it fully and practise completely or else they will not remain Muslim. Others too are enquiring / knowing their such teachings, throughout the world, believing them and on satisfying themselves embracing Islam voluntarily. All unwed sexual activities, homosexual acts, & other perverted sexual acts are specifically forbidden therein.
