I've already looked at Home Depot, Sears, Best Buy, Lowes, JCPenny.

You will be surprised with this answer but WALMART- they are the lowest prices and carry a huge selection of microwaves- I got a new one last year for under $50 and it is great--also if you don't know this, if you see a manufacturer microwave advertised say at best buy or lowes and you go to walmart and they have it and it's even a penny more- just show them the ad and they will match that price---this really comes in handy on sundays when all the drugstores advertise their products for the week- i go to walmart and get whatever I need and get the price in the flyers for the other stores-it sure beats running around to 4 different drugstores..........

You have already looked at good stores....you might also try WalMart. Recommend an 1100 watt unit. That is what most microwave recipes and frozen food cooking instructions are based on.

I think any of those stores would be fine. There are many relatively good cheap microwave ovens on the market these days.
