do a system restore to the day or the day before it became ant size.
Start-All Programs- Accessories- System Tools- System Restore
Itll only go back to that day and no where else. Course anything installed (including updates to any programs like Virus Scanners, Firewall etc) must be installed again

If your using windows XP......Hold the CTRL button and if your mouse has a center scroll wheel spin that and it'll adjust your text size...that also works for moving forwards and backwards through your pages instead of clicking on the back button..except for that you hold SHIFT and use your scroll mouse. .... HA HA...obviously the thumbs down is from someone who thinks they are smarter...cause that does work if you have a scroll mouse....that's the little wheel in the center or your mouse between the buttons....try it and see.
