Take it from an old man. If you have a job now a day you better keep it until you find a better one. You don't quit a job until you do find one, because you may not find another.

I'm into recruiting new talent, and although you might face a lot of (sticky maybe) questions about your break, as long you're clear as to the why's and how's it should be okay! I took a long break myself before I joined the present establishment! My reasons were simple, I wanted a break from continously working unearthly hours, wanted to travel, and learn a language in the interim. As long as your clear, honest, it should be okay! Actually they will appreciate that you didn't jump in headlong, but took your time (2-3 months is reasonable) to decide on the right job offer!

hi, it really is purely my personal opinion, i have self assurance employers element of view is why you had to stop the interest without the different provide in hand. i understand you've reported you needed a smash so that you stop. yet any opposite direction round is they imagine that there ought to were some situation that ought to have occurred which led you to resign the interest in the different case the administration requested you to leave. regardless of the reality that you're proving them which includes your high quality yet they could absolutely decide on to look on the historic past of previous employers and the command on the undertaking or products that you had worked. So i ought to say purely save cool and attempt without fail, i'm particular you receives it, thanks. Regards, Cybertracker.
