Well, I'd say you're already moving in the right direction. It seems to be the case that the lower your ability to properly use the English language, the greater your chances of being elected president. So, you've clearly got that step covered.
Next, you might try narrowing your goals a bit. Are you going for President of North America, South America, or Central America? Also, you might consider focusing on just a single country. There really is no President of America. You will have a better chance of running for President of Mexico, for example.

First I'd master the English language, it makes it much easier to communicate. After you have that, there is the whole American citizen thing if you're not, you can't be the President. And you can't be a naturlized citizen, you have to be one from birth.

You must be a born citizen, at least age 35, have a platform that Americans want, a great campaign, and a political affiliation which will support your campaign.

Your use of English is about as proficient as Bush's. Because of your inability to communicate and because I don't believe we could use another president who has wrecked usage of the language, you wouldn't get my vote.
