Money. You can get back the money but not your life. Of course that is only in extreme situations for the best way is to outsmart the robber and foil the robbery without actually risking your life.

I was mugged once and I chose life. Part of the problem is that I thought they had fake guns so I wasn't scared. The cops later said the bullets and guns were both real. My grandmother thinks it was a set-up by my ex but that's besides the point.

Anyway I didn't realize how dangerous the situation was and I held on to my purse because I didn't think it was real. If I had known they were serious and it wasn't some guy bluffing I probably would have given up my purse.

Easy answer. You can always get more money. You only have one life. Give it up and offer more.

In a robbery, give him your money|

But volunteer more than he asked for|

It has a very amusing way of putting him off, and you come out the winner|

The material posessions that you give away can easily be replaced|
