You need to see a doctor. They are not common among Americans but they are common among foreigners. Foreigners spread them.
Undocumented workers are now spreading brain worms and stomach worms. The eggs of the worms in their stomachs are getting into people's food. Those eggs are able to bypass people's blood filter that filters blood for the brain.

U.S. Center for Disease Control:
"Given the ongoing sizeable immigration from disease-endemic areas, cysticercosis[brain worms] will grow in clinical and public health importance; however, data on cysticercosis[brain worms] in the United States are lacking"

These herbal remedies have been used to treat intestinal parasites:
Ginger Root
Cayenne Pepper
Barberry Root
Psyllium Husk
Fennel Seed
Rhubarb Root
Cascara Sagrada
With a little research, you can find a combination of supplements that will help you. If you are showing strong enough symptoms, your doctor may prescribe a pill to kill the parasites.

Dont treat what you dont have. Which means - you dont nkow you have it, why guess? As some have noted, herbal treatments can be potentially dangerous - seriously, if they will kill worms, what are they doing to you?
Some of the herbs mentioned above are laxatives, dont waste your time.
Go to the doc, have him look at a stool sample and get treated - if you need to be treated.
