ranging from 1 - 10. Most of the time I am about a 1 but I also have my moments, maybe a 9?

You might be confusing mean with strong.
I am very strong with most things but I am not mean at all.
Mean to me means angry and pulling the wings off butterflies, pushing people around, arrogance and prideful. To me.
Mean on you scale a 1 but don't cross me. Then I'll be a strong 10, but not mean.

Depends, if I don't like you 10. I make no effort to be even the slightest bit nice. If you are my friends or family I'd say 2, kinda crabby around that special time of the month. I do have a pretty good judge of character.

well, I'm a 1 when I've had enough sleep and am not forced to endure endless hours of other's stupidity and laziness. I'm an 5 when this is not the case. If I'm REALLY angry, I can hit 15 or so.
when I'm well rested and in a good mood, I'm down-right cheery, and when I'm not, I'm grumpy and short tempered, but generally don't do/say all the mean things I think of. When I'm REALLY angry, I'm very likely going to say it, and often will act as well.

4.5 i'd say cause i m a empathetic person i always think of how i would feel if some 1 was mean to me therefore i try not to be mean but sometimes i do think some pretty mean things but never act on them.
i m like a tigeress that never attacks.

When I was younger I was meaner, but as I have gotten older I have opened up to the pain around, so I am now down to a 5.

probably a 4, I am not a mean person sometimes I think I should be a little meaner in situations, but then again sometimes I am just mean.
