I sweat when I get nervous, even if it is cold, but no I dont just sweat randomly when its cold. but I DO sweat a lot when its hot!

No, I only sweat when I am working really hard or it is very hot. I've had patient's have a cold sweat, and they were either in pain or they are diabetic and their blood sugar was too low. Outside of that, I don't know how common it is.
Perhaps you shiver so much you break a sweat?

What happens to me is when it's absolutely freazing outside, I bundle myself up so good that I end up sweating inside my clothes while my face and feet get frozen!
I don't know if that counts...
