You just pick yourself up and continue...
Remember you can't go around, above or under a trial. You have to go through it. It will make you stronger and smarter if you let it and maybe next time you will have better success.
Learning to cope where you can't change the situation and recognizing the right path to go next time is key.

Practice HOPE,Helping Other People Everyday.This really works for me.Spend your time around people you can learn from.The more you help others the less you will dwell on your own problems.Volunteer anywhere you feel like it,and pitch in and help.You will be amazed how much you will learn and how fast you will forget your trials.Peace!!!

Learn from your mistakes, in order not to repeat them! Think positive and never give up on anything! Have faith in yourself and stay strong. Know that everything happens for a reason, even if don't understand it right away.
