With all due respect intended to all " A woman president wouldnt cause any harm." folks.

Firstly off, i think odds are Hilary will win the upcomming election.

Now, that said. I do not think a woman, because she is a woman, would do any worse than Bush, who has driven our economy into the ground with debt, and embroiled us in a war we cant possibly hope to win with our current policy on how we conduct war.

Moving on, the part that may make people angry:

Does anyone realise that there are entire countries out there that are bogged down with religious beliefs specifically prohibiting any woman from being in power? Following that line of thought, once we do elect Hillary, we will have succeded in convincing millions of those people that the United States is exactly what the terrorist groups have been calling us. In their eyes we are an abomination.

So, once we convince the mid east we are an abomination, who forsees problems buying oil from them? I mean they have to sell to heathens, after all. Yes they need the money, but we give them one heck of a lot af ammunition for driving up prices. The leaders in the mid east will be gettting pressure from their people, as well as powerful, rich haters of america. We are still dependent on that oil! Also, with the additional support for terrorist groups we will probably see another 9/11 size terrorist attack. They will be proving the weakness of our female led country to their people, as we move in with our smart bombs to blow up buildings while their leaders surround themselves with women and children.

Does anyone else see this being an issue? Im not saying she wouldnt be capable in and of herself, but will the world let it happen?

first off, i have no quams with a woman president. second, hillary is a self-righteous socialist bi*ch without convictions or a conscience. she is in no way to be considered a lady. if she had the class and consistency to listen rather than salivate at the sound of her own voice, maybe i could reconsider. this is not about a woman being president, it is about keeping someone drastically unqualified and morally inept away from the most prestigeous and important position in the world. there are plenty other women that would serve better in her place.

second, all political correctness aside, not all nations can identify and respond to diplomacy from a woman. radical islamic, and just plain islamic, nations won't respect her authority because she is a woman. any woman elected president will have an awful time dealing with the international community.

I think a woman president would be a great thing for our country. Also, a minority president would be a great thing. Either way, I hope to see either or both win the highest office in our country. But no, Hillary is a completely self-serving sociopath. She is only out for herself and is a bonafide socialist. While sane people would look at the fall of the Soviet Union as proof that communism/socialism cannot work, Hillary would want it as it would further supress the public and essentially make her an absolute dictator.

Thank you! I'm not sure Clinton's the woman for the job (nor am I convinced she is not--that's what the next year is for, to get to know these people better). But I'm glad to know yet more men out there aren't the least bit threatened by the idea of a woman president.

I don't think that it is necessarily the concern of harm that men are worried about, but rather the fact that a female has never held office before. I think that change is one of the hardest things for general populations to accept, but with the right credibility and platform, a man or a woman can hold office. I think the issue is that many female politicians have let the tradition of men holding presidential office sink in far enough to where they don't try to change it.

There is no harm in a woman being president. But the agenda this particular person has for the country is the issue, not the gender itself.

Just because I don't want Hillary to become president does not mean I'm against the idea of a woman president...I'm simply against HER. If someone reminiscent of Jeane Kirkpatrick were ever to run for president, I would support her in a heartbeat.

I know the Clinton's removed property that did not belong to them when they left the White House the last time & I also know the Starr report cost the USA a bundle. Their integrity is questionable to say the least & that costs US! I will not vote for her & I know I'm not the only one. NAFTA is a joke as well & sold US short!
