The best solution to your problem is to educate your young women. I think alot of pressure is on the women in Africa to have children, and that pressure comes from the men. So perhaps the men need to be educated on this matter also. The best way to begin a family is to have a stable home environment. When the family has adequate income to support them, a home, and all the necessities, then the pursuits of having a family are appropriate. To pressure women into having children immediately is not a good approach.

Education in this area should be mandatory in your schools, and should also be discussed in the home. Unless this is done, then I really see no immediate solutions to your problem.
