A woman can get a pretty good idea of when she conceived but it is almost impossible to determine the exact day because sperm can live a few days inside a woman and her ovulation may vary from month to month.

well that depends. gestation is nine months and one week. the best way is an ultra sound done prior to the 12th week. OR count back fourteen days from when your period should have started and look at a calender. Figure out when you had sex in that time frame give or take a day. See, the ultra sound is better.

It is an estimate. It can be a few days off give or take.

well i think its pretty accurate, but to no for sure you get an ultrasound...
