What happend to andy from child's play?

im watching chucky and i was wondering, what did they say happend to andy?because they cut him out on bride of chucky. i know the mom had to go to the nut house thats why he was put in a foster home. and the foster parents were killed and then in the 3rd on andy was in boot camp. what happend to him after that ?

Alex Vincent was born in New Jersey. At about five years old Alex was in Child's Play and followed it up with three more movies. At 13 years old he did My Family Treasure which he didn't like and called it quits. When he got to high school, he tried to live down the image of a child star but two years later he decided to give acting another try. After 15 unsuccessful auditions he decided to call it quits for good and left the acting profession.

The mother of andy is admitted in a hospital saying she was mad and the detective is dismissed from the department for such a story for the accidents and mistake he had done.This is told by andy in the third part to his lover and in the fourth part they show newspaper cuttings in which these are explained with a headline.
