Metallics are EXTREMELY hot right now. If it is more green, go gold but if it is more turquoise go with silver. Turq is a cool color and is more appropriate with silver. Strappy shoes will always look best. Choo has two styles called Juliet and Smooth that are both available in gold or silver. If you are looking for a more economical route, Ebay has great finds on more inexpensive shoes.

i would choose shiny (i.e. satin, or metallic) silver or gold shoes. those shoes are pretty and versatile and can usually be paired with almost any other color.
white is another option, but im always of the shoes getting dirty
black with green always reminds me of the wicked witch of the west.
other colors would work as well, but they wouldnt be as handy for other outfits as silver or gold.

If the dress is more conservative, a simple, sexy black heel. Nothing chunky though, a simple peep toe or sandal, avoid a t-strap (its cuts the leg from the foot making the leg look shorter)

I think silver or gold would look good. A strappy one with diamante or crystals or fake diamonds would looks very classy for dinner with a cocktail dress.

Silver or Gold and then match them with Silver or Gold accessories. These would be the best match for it. If you cant find neither black ones should work.

Black preferably since its light coloured. OR Gold if it had more dark green and if it has turquoise more then silver!

i'd say a bright white... NOT shiny!
and wear some white jewely too... along with whitening up your teeth you will look GORGEOUS!!
