If you are having problems sleeping you need to try Melatonin.
when it is time for your body to sleep, a tiny gland in your brain called the pineal gland secretes Melatonin. It is thought that this Melatonin signals your body to become drowsy and eventually to fall asleep. Somewhere in the mid 20’s the amount of Melatonin appears to decrease. This is thought to be part of the explanation for sleep problems occurring more and more as you age.

Pharmaceutical sleeping pills can help you sleep, but most people find that the side effects are worse than the insomnia -- side effects like poor quality sleep, requiring more and more of the drugs to do the job all the time. This can bring about

1. Dangerous addiction.
2. Even death.

Melatonin use has not shown any undesired side effects. Get a good nights sleep. Wake up feeling rested

Meltonin is Safe and inexpensive.

Melatonin is being promoted for a lot of things other than sleep loss as well. Everything from anti-aging to cancer research. We do not believe that there is enough data at this time to support these uses. Since Melatonin appears safe however, use Melatonin as you wish.

Try benedryl. It will make you sleep like a baby, and usually don't cause addiction. Only problem that some people have is prolonged sleepiness, however lot of sleep meds actually contain benedryl. Be aware that in people with high blood pressure, benedryl, like other antihistamines, will raise the blood pressure even more!
