On your other question you said you are but nine years old. I mentioned my experiences at uni. Simply put: it is easier to find another date than to get one back.
Besides she has no respect for you or she would have kept her date with you.
Respect is everything.

First of all, do not get into a fight with him. It's probably better for you to just avoid him whenever possible. You didn't give a lot of details. Are you sure that the girl is going with him to the dance? Did she tell you herself? Or are you just depending on him for info.? If the girl didn't tell you herself, you need to have a calm talk with her to figure out what is going on. You will meet a whole lot of girls in your life before you go steady or get married. Always remember that the best policy is to do the right thing. Don't break the law. There are millions of ppl who thought that they could break the law and now, they're in prison.

Hi Jonjon !

Thanks for asking.
Your description is kinda "nice" and I feel you were really excited.
Well, there's 2 things on my mind :

1) The boy didn't steal her away, that's your point of view. Maybe he just came along and she felt better "chemistry" with him than with you.
Remember :
It takes 2 for Tango !
If you can, you should wish them a good school dance and forget about it.

2) The world goes on, this is still harmless. If you're interested in finding a date, you'll find one, another one. Don't give up !
Try to understand that human relationships are always a delicate topic, a strangely wonderful thing.
But there's still way to come !

I wish you all the best and good luck.
Enjoy dancing anyway !

Best wishes from SLC,
Christian. (german)

He did not steal her. She chose to go with him. If she had already agreed to go with you, I think that's not a very nice thing of her to do. If you hadn't asked her yet, it's just the way it worked out, I guess. Do you mean that he knew that you wanted to ask her and instead asked her himself? There's not too much you can do about that now, but in the future I guess you'll have to ask sooner.

ADDITIONAL: Wait, you are nine years old? You are WAY too young to be asking girls on dates. Don't worry about it until you are 16.

Well Jonjon you have got to woo her to win her back, but you know if she gave up on you so easily then maybe your better off without her, ask someone else to the dance and have a nice time.
