You can find in Jumeirah next to Madinat Jumeirah who make tattoos . Also in Deira near to Al Ghurair Center. Sorry I don't know their tel numbers.

the rustic code is +971, Dubai's section code is 04. in case you're dialling a cellular it is going to be this way: +00971-50-******* in case you ar dialling a land telephone it is going to be this way: +00971-4-*******
