i would say any crib that conforms to safety standards. has an adjustable matress that can be lowered as the baby learns to stand and climb. the mattress should fit perfectly in the crib with no gaps. at this age some babies can learn how to drop the side rails of cribs that allow them to do so, so maybe not one with a drop rail?
