If your laptop comes with a TV out terminal (usually in S-Video port), then you can easily connect it to the TV set by using a 4-pin S-Video to 4-pin S-Video cable if your TV equipped with a S-Video input terminal, if not you can use an S-Video to RCA adapter to convert the signal then use a regular RCA cable. Anyway, keep in mind that you CAN'T use this connection to watch a DVD movies played with the laptop on your TV screen!
