ok i go to my freinds house and his sister is my best freind and she bit me for no reasons then later on we were slow dancing for a half an hour and then the next day i asked her out and she said no cuz shes working things out with another guy does she like me or is she waisting my time?

Sorry, she just sounds like she is leading you on to me.She danced with you because she enjoys the attention from men aLOT,probably.
My advice? Forget her. And oh yeah, get a rabies shot for that bite she gave you !!!!
