I have developed feelings for her and think that she feels the same also.. can u suggest me a way to convey it to her in a very loving and a convincing way. I intend to propose her on Valentine's day. I cannot send any gifts or flowers to her as family is alsi involved due to my bro's marriage. So it has to be only over the phone.. Please suggest . . This would be possibly my first proposal to a girl

Don't so it over the phone. It's so impersonal and cheap. Wait until you can fly out to see her, even if it isn't on Valentine's Day, and do it in person.

Tell her that you cant think of a better way to express your feelings then on the one day that is made for expressing love. Tell her that she has been on your mind, and that with all the valentines things around you can think of nothing but her every time you see a symbol of the holiday.

If you have a webcam she can see you even if she doesn't have one. I would tell her how you feel but don't you think a proposal is very personal and should be done in person, that would be the most loving, that way you can look into her eyes when you ask her.

ok go straight to her and invite for a treat and once you have completed ur outtings with her, look straight into her eyes like a birthday boy looking eager to open his gifts.then take her hand on urs and tell her how u feel great in her presence.also tell her that u care for her and is READY TO DIE A MILLION DEATHS TO LIVE WITH HER EVEN IF ITS ONLY A DAY.
ALL THE BEST.
