there are lots of things that can make life better... one of them is therapy... I went to therapy for a while... it really was kinda cool and relaxing...
if you have a job... maybe trying for a promotion can help make life better... finding a group of people that like to do the same things you like... e.g. lunch volleyball, hiking, or bowling ... really its all about what you think is important... and finding a way to do more of it... I would recommend some sort of relationship... but those can sometimes not make life better... again...consult a physician... usually insurance will cover a few visits.. but if you are breathing... be happy .. there are some who can't...

spelling is one thing :-), dont be lazy, think of your blessings each day of what you have and set "goals".. lil bitty ones to get better.. A job.. that ya wajnt or can handle think of benefits etc..up your socials skills (for a relationships), go to the gym( to work out to be healthy, attractive & to meet people, people who care about themselves usually are wothwhile knowing), ask yourself what kind of friends do you want?, go for what ya want..just hang around people who can help you..
