Didnt i see a special on tv where scientists subjected a spider to an extreme magnetic field, and made it magnetic?

Nickel, Cobalt and Iron (number 26-28) are the 3 magnetic metals.

If you are talking about magnetizing and having it hold the magnitization, iron, cobolt, nickel and alloys of these - Alnico magnets have aluminum in them which does not magnetize by itself. If you are talking about very briefly, almost anything - MRI is magnetic resonance imaging and your body molecules are magnetized, very briefly.

Any thing can be magnrtised. Nickel & Iron are the most easily magnetised substances.
