No chance. I have to forget about buying land and apartments. In India buying land and houses is impossible for a middle class person. The prices of houses lands have gone up so much that common man will have to forget buying any properites in India.
There is no good income in a honest way unless otherwise somebody donates or gives as a gift.

Going by the sky rocking price of land and the cost of construction, it is going to be a bit difficult. But, if you are earning a good money, by way of salary etc, in the legal manner, you can still do that. It is not totally ruled out.

yes - me and my husband work hard - we have taken loan from banks and bought 2 flats in 2 years of our marriage.
i dont know if i will build a bungalow but its our dream to build one by the end of our careers.
all u need is good planning, and control on yourself so that u can fulfill ur dreams.
