this guy only wants sex or pays me attention when he is high, we live in the back of his sister house and I want him to move, they wouldn't be here if it wasnt for my friend dieing and leaving the house, but he won't move. what can I do I shouldn't have to move.

Tell him to pack his things and get the F**K out ! if he refuses simply call the police and have him forcibly removed it is your house right? or your sister house if your sister owns the house she can totally back you up on that. Than have a restraining order put on him.

Be serious and throw him out before he lands you in some serious trouble.
If necessary, seek help from your friends and relatives or even the local authorities or police. Report him and you will save yourself a great deal of headaches.
