I have an HP with problems as well, but nothing like the one you are describing. If it is still under warranty, I would get the problem reported to HP ASAP so you stand the best chance of getting it fixed without having to pay for repairs.
I have heard there are viruses out there that allows others to access your computer, & turn it on after you have shut it down.
That might be something to think about here.

i think that's quite like having a youthful brother or cousin, however the version is you're actually not appropriate and you have not somewhat difficulty-free him that long. He needs to entice close around with human beings his own age. he remains coming up as a infant so he desires pals his age. It won't harm to speak with him. i don't advise you meet up exterior of scouts nevertheless. that's a clumsy subject and it would desire to be doubtlessly unfavourable to your aspirations for social artwork. do you be attentive to his mothers and dads? in case you opt to entice close around with him then you might desire to sparkling it with them first. he remains a infant and his mothers and dads might desire to be recommended.
