What is the best way to learn and understand English grammar?

One thing is that English is a language which can be understood and fluently talked when you practice it a lot and be with english speaking persons. You write it on a paper and you practice it often. Tenses, structures, articles, parts of speech etc., if you learn these and use them in your language, you would become fluent in english and simultaneously, ypu will be perfect in grammar. I used to be a teacher too but I hated it then I quit. I wish u all the good luck man. U seem enthusiastic .
