make sure what u want to do...is good.
if u have good desires, take those to God. He says He will grant you the desires of your heart. Have good motives, the word also shows that you have free will. Laziness is a sin if you think about it and don't let your belief in God be one that let u turn a lazy person. If you have friends that are believers, have a night out or whenever you're free just walk around your house, the park or even your local gym?
Also, get from infront your computer...whenever u can stand, stand. Don't come online so often because u can sit down and do nothing for hours...which is not good for u physically or spiritually. We have to give more time to God than these worldly thing because then the internet can become your idol since you devote more time to it. Be careful, safe and have a blessed day. Whenever you're in doubt, take it to the Lord in prayer and once you have that relationship established, he will answer your prayers sooner than you will ever think.

Funny thing about that whole arguement: Its also written that you have free will, and the responsibility to do something with it. Yes God is in control. But you have control of how you handle this moment in time. He gave u that authority.
Imagine an ant farm: lots of tunnels you might chose to go down. But when the food drops in the top, where do you think your going to go?
Dont mistake the fact that he KNOWS every decision youll make your entire life with him MAKING u choose to do nothing. Thats just an excuse not to live.
If you had a wife you might understand this as well: My wife knows how ill repond in almost any situation, does that mean she controls me? Of course not (well only occasionally) It does mean that she knows me very well. God just knows u a lot weller

Believing in GOD does not mean that nothing will happen, but belief in god will make you more courageous and confident to do your works in a proper manner.
The two phases of life ,the good part and the bad part can come any time, but it is you who make the path or lay the foundation stone for your good or bad times.
The "karma yog",meaning all creatures are meant to do their own part of work/duty by themselves only, is one of the form of worshipping god.By this form of devotion to your work you will get the correct reward to your work which will depend upon your dedication, your devotion to your work .Laziness is no solution to any thing ,if you just do nothing for your work/problem nothing will happen, god will not help you there.
There's a famous saying "GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES" .
Be a man ,count on your duties and responsibilities and start working on them.
Take care,
Bittu

HEY friend !! It is too easy to get rid of laziness.Everything depends on how you start the day. Just follow this everyday at least to some extent:-
* Try to follow your wake up alarm which should ring 5:30 everyday
*Dont switch it off! after you wake up commune with GOD that today I've planned to crave my own destiny.Ask his blessings for this day
*Do something which you were not used to do of late and that too at a rapid pace (something which u dont expect yourselves to do at that speed). Just like an out of form batsman gets back into form by doing something exceptional, you too will find all ur RUSTS removed and ur bones polished for any kind of task.
*all depends on how u begin. do it regularly whenever u feel u are out of form. Believe me it really works!!!
BEST OF LUCK

I am glad that at least you want to do something about it . I know you want to blame the ' fate' for everything.Nice idea for a lazy guy. But even if you want to believe in god, think about this "god will do half but you have to do the other half and god want you to start. It also says 'the harder you work the luckier you get.

God is GREAT.
The thing here is: If you believe that you are the doer, then all laziness is done by you.
And if you believe that God is the doer then
let me tell you, Nature is the doer, which is under controll of The Allah, God, Bhagwan: The Supreme.
So if next time you getting lazy then blame yourself that its becoz of you who is not prayping the God and blaming the God.

If u have wished something and asking God, he will surely put you in action towards getting that. If God decides otherwise, U'll be inactive towards that path. Otherwise, u'll be lazy. But still if u think u will give it a try, u'll end up frustrated. so leave it even in the begining. In any case God is helping you. dont worry. But its very subtle. Knowing His ways.

I know the dilemma...perhaps your laziness is god-given, and perhaps the way out will come with time. Remember that God is realized, for us, in God's creation - try to CONNECT with the physical world, and other people, all while trusting in God.

laziness is a very persistent disease. it takes a humungous amount of will power to get rid of it. you need motivation first thing. laziness need not be only physical right? it leads consequently to a mental one also. so motivate yourself and tell yourself over and over that you gotta do this, and then think of the consequences otherwise. that might wake you up. YOU BEING LAZY IS GOD'S WISH ALRIGHT. AND YOU ARE NOW READY TO ACCEPT IT. THE RESULTS WILL ALSO BE GOD'S WISH WHICH I THINK YOU WOULD NOT WELCOME.. .....
