Filipino passport holder can enter to countries without visa - Hongkong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam.

you can enter all asian countries with out visa BUt you just need to stay there i think only 12-15 days..but japan you need to get a visa even its part of asia..

As a citizen of the U.S., he is required to leave and to enter the U.S. with his U.S. passport. Don't know about criminal law of the Philippines, but if a U.S. citizen attempts to enter the U.S. with anything but his U.S. passport, that's a felony.
