you can enter all asian countries with out visa BUt you just need to stay there i think only 12-15 days..but japan you need to get a visa even its part of asia..

Yes, of course! As a citizen of the Philippines, he is required to leave and to enter the Philippines with his Philippines passport. As a citizen of the U.S., he is required to leave and to enter the U.S. with his U.S. passport. Don't know about criminal law of the Philippines, but if a U.S. citizen attempts to enter the U.S. with anything but his U.S. passport, that's a felony.
