Yes, I love this wearing stiletto heels and anklets. I'm the one you'd see in the grocery store line in unthinkabley tall absolutely drop dead gorgeous stiletto heels mules, my impeccably polished toes absolutely slathered in expensive gold and diamond toe rings, an extremely large two caret diamond solitaire toe ring on my fourth toe ( it is so utterly decadent, the large diamond solitare is set everso high and absolutely dwarfs my delicate toe) and a heavy diamond tennis bracelet around one of my slim ankles. while gold and silver is cute, I prefer large diamonds as they are so much more exclusive, incredibly expensive, more sophistocated and so over the top sexy!

Depends on the tone of her skin. I think if the woman is medium or dark a gold anklet would compliment her skin tone very well. If she is fair then try going with the silver.
