Having "mommy" issues and psychological conflicts about women in power would, I suppose, lead someone to discuss the serious subject of politics from a child's "monster" level of human development. Psychologically, though, addressing one's fears and conflicts through "monsters" is healthy. Puppet therapy is also very effective. Have you discussed this with your school counselor?
