People do NOT normally still grow after tyheir 18th/20th

in the dark ages they drew people on the rack.

as far as I know this is the only excercise that increased length, by pulling the bones looser.

I know that there is a VERY painful operation where they BREAK your legbone and then set it with a special splint inch(es) apart to let the bone regrow, this increases height, but at the risk of integrity-failure at later time

best bet: platform shoes or a good dose of "get-over-it"

Give it up. Your genetics and decent nutrition govern your height. You can't make yourself grow taller. You can exercise and bulk up your arms, chest & neck, and broaden your shoulders and you will look bigger than an average size guy your same height. If you are really barefoot 5' 10.5, you are plenty tall, taller than average as I am the same height and certainly considered tall by most people since guys lie about two things--height and penis length.

You could try sleeping curled up instead of flat out. This would give your spine a chance to expand as you sleep, as it does in children. Other than that I would suggest swimming which nicely tones the shoulders. Unless there is a particular girl you need to be taller for, I wouldn't worry.

Height is really based on genetics. However, try pilates. It won't make you grow, but the exercises will make your muscles lean and longer - you'll stand up straighter which will make you look taller.

Pilates is how Bard Pitt got ripped for Fight Club.
