Wanting to know if it is really worth pursuing, even if I'm not wanting to be in management?

Not interested in becoming an NP or a professor either.

My mom has one and she now teaches nursing. But if you don't want to do that or management, then I can't see much purpose in earning one, unless you think it would make you a better nurse. Of course, even if you are just a generic RN, I'm sure having a Master's would open up more lucrative jobs and likely improve your pay grade as well.

If you're not interested in becoming a NP or management, you could teach. If you're not interested in any of those, stick with just an RN, or you could end up overqualified for other nursing jobs.

If you are not looking to be in administration I can't see a purpose.
