As a telugu guy i can quote a saying " tana kopame tanaku satruvu, tana saantame tanaku raksha " which means that the angerness was the ultimate destroyer of a person in all means and the patience may shower great oppurtunites at him in his career. At the moment of anger, if a person can able to control himself in taking hasty decisions he will be recognised as " wise person " by the society.

It would depend on the situation. If you were the hulk and you were cornered by the fed's yes, if your in an arguement no. It can either hurt the other persons feelings or tick them off more. In any other case....find another way to express how you feel.

No, its sooooooooooooooo HARD not to get angry sometimes. As the night went on and I watched my kids running down the aisle so happy chasing each other I felt bad. I regret getting angry at my x but its built up and I hate him so much. Not because I love his pathetic *** either!!!! I understand ur question though.

anger is not a solution to any sort of prob;em.
when u feel angry just try to remain quite i know its a difficult thing to do.
and try to think is the person ur thing upon which u r angry on is worth it?
you will feel better once u try to remain quite and analyse things which is making u angry.
