Despite the vulgar nature of this question, its still perfectly valid.
Some people have a paraphilias towards scat, and I think its known as coprophilia (not 100% sure). This is independent of sexual orientation, which means that a few gay guys may be turned on by it - not because they are gay, but because they as individuals have a paraphilias/fetish towards it.
All gay people, like straights and bis, have different pleasures. Contrary to popular belief, not all gay men engage in penetrative sex.
