how do I set up a home page?

Go to the page you want for home.
cl Tools
cl Internet Options
you will see "address" with a box containing the address of the page you are on
click "use current."

OK, so u wanna make your website. Go to geocities.com and use their website/page builder software, its easy like eating a cake.
And if your Question is for how do u set a particular page as ur home page....It has something to do with the browser setting:
Tools-->options--> Put webpage that u want to make homepage, click apply.
