I don't think Fabio Capella gonna last long if Real doesn't improve soon. Even if the board has given him the support Capello will bear the brunt of the fans if this the way they perform. Their lucky only 5 points adrift of Barca and Seville as both the top two teams also lose ground.
Capello's word of comments to Ronaldo, Cassano and Beckham is demoralising on the team spirit....

It's really hard to know what the go is behind closed doors. There are many conflicting statements. The board will be under increasing pressure if some results and improvement are not apparent soon. He did show disrespect to players in his handling of things and has lost the support of fans and there is no question that the morale and spirit at the club is effecting their play. His penchant for concentrating seemingly on only defense goes against the natural talents of his players and is hindering their natural game to a large degree. He needs to learn how to compromise.

If Capello is going to win, he's going to have to overhaul the whole team to match his style of management - defensive. He builds his team around defenders. Have a look at his other teams - Roma, Juventus and AC Milan. All of them had solid defensive back lines and defensive midfielders controlling the tempo.
I think with his reputation they will give him the time to do it. He'll probably get rid of nearly everyone in the process, but buy the end he'll have a solid team to win trophies with.
What's the bet that Requelme will be the next target on his shopping list?

The Real Madrid , have a lot of things to change if the want to win a competition in a nearly future. First they need to rebuilt the team, his leader of the last 10 years, Raul, must be sold and with him all the old players they signed this last summer , Cannavaro, Emerson, the must do the same FC Barcelona did 4 years ago 17 players out in 2 seasons

Capello is trying to form a new and young team. Fans should be patient. Look at Man Utd, it took 3seasons for Ronaldo and Rooney to mature, now their unstopable. Give Capello a few seasons.

Real Madrid should be patient they have chance to be winner but the rivals are better than them now. they r trying to generate new team and new system after that they create stability...

I think he has a lot to do, but the main reason why they don't win it's because they need better defenders, they only have 1 good one, and they need better midfield they also only have one.
