Straight and Bisexual women might want a variety of things:
looks, charm, respect, bank balance, love, deference, chivalry, courtesy, kindness, attention, communication (as if!)...
Select one or as many of these (and others) as you like and apply them to an individual woman. That's what they are, you know, individuals - and so are their wants and preferences in their men.

We want to feel special and valuable. We want honesty and respect. We need closeness, affection, and communication, and we need our men to at least make an effort to try to understand our feelings.
