It sounds like you have a rare condition called methane lingeritis. It only occurs in a very small percentage of people. When people with methane lingeritis fart the smell of the fart lingers for days not minutes as the typical fart does.
I did my undergraduate research on this rare disease at the University of Uranus where I am a full professor of Methaneology.
PS: There is no known cure except for reducing your intake of gassy foods or passing gas in very well ventilated places.

Shower twice a day. Take a bath in baking soda which will kill whatever is putting off the smell. Sounds like some kind of bacteria.

You might have a chemical imbalance. Try cleansing your body of chemicals that cause odor by eating prunes and drinking lots of water.

first off, you should shower daily. you didnt mention if you use soap when you shower. it really helps. as for your other two areas try toilet paper when your finished.
