whats a good program for music to loop cut,pitch..??

to get a sample song then use it on the program so i can pitch,loop,cut,paste and do stuff like that??? any free ones out there with these features?

No free ones but you can get a trial version (which is fully functional) of Sony Acid Pro.

any version of cubase from 3 onward. I use it regularly. It has loop, timestretch, pitch adjust, effects and uses excel cut and paste commands and allows the use of external gear with midi support.

a good free wave editor is goldwave, but using it for production is not recommended.
