Yes, I have shot the M16, M4, M249 Machine Gun, M203 Granade Launcher, .50 CAL Machine Gun, not to mention the AT4 Rocket launcher and blown some stuff up with C4. And thats just this month. I'm an infantry instructor for the Military.

As a new hotel manager for Savannah (Georgia) Hospitality Association President, I heard gunfire-2 shots. I immediately called 911 and the operator asked if I "had seen any bodies lying around anywhere". She told me to "go check". I said "No and I 'm not checking and neither is my staff. Send someone now." She told me to go have a porter check it and if we needed them to call back. I was horrified. As I put down the phone, I realized I was surrounded by staff. I relayed the story to them and they all burst out laughing.
Apparently the locals there will shoot off gun in the air (only during the off season) if they've just had great sex.
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil -- Truth is stranger than fiction.
You can't live in Savannah and not shoot one at least once.

My dad taught me how to shoot a gun when I was 5 years old. It was BB gun that was about as tall as me. We shot our BB guns in the country. I am now 35 years old and, if I do say so myself, I am a dead on shot. I do not hunt animals or people. I only shoot at targets. I am a member of the NRA and as you might have guessed, I am from Texas. My dad passed away about 3 years ago. I inherited all of his guns. 7 pistols, 5 shotguns, 3 rifles, a German assault rifle, and one sweet AR-15. I have much respect for firearms, just like my dad did. Violence is not in my nature, only the love of target practice. For a number of guys, this is a real turn on, trust me.

Oh yeah,
*First time was in USAF Basic Officer Training School.
**.38 cal. Smith and Wesson pistol. LOTS of fun!
**Expert marksman (pistol) by my third time out!
*M-16. No kick, BARELY qualified.
*.45 cal. pistols (mine and the military's). Total blast.
*Hunting rifle (Remington 700 series)
**Furry and feathered creatures in California rest easy, I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with this thing, but it's still loads of fun to shoot at the range.
**Thank Goodness for grocery stores!
*Mossberg 500 series pump action shotgun.
**OUCH! Bruises galore, but still fun to shoot (P-p-please p-p-pass the a-a-aspirin ...?).

Yeah. I even shot a gun at someone once - my ex hubby - but that still didn't get rid of him. I had to divorce him myself, lol. I missed him, bty, and hit the garage next door.

Yes, my father taught me to shoot a .22 handgun when I was about 12. I shot cans off fence posts. It was fun.
