I'd say the one on which you used Nair. Nair dissolves hair down to the skin line and slightly below; epilation yanks it out by the roots (and some of those won't grow back at ALL).

the naired one will because i can tell you from personal experience that your epilated arm will take about a week or two to grown back but your naired arm will grow in about 5 days

The Naired arm. That cuts the hair off at the skins surface. The epilady rips it out from the roots. OUCH!

I think the hair will grow quicker than your arm does. My arm grew back in 5 days.

They should be the same, considering the roots of the hairs would have been removed if both procedures were done properly.
