Azhat I've got a boost mobile i875. Will it work for that?

Absolutely it can. I do it all the time. It all depends on your phone, though. If your phone is capable of playing MP3's or using them as ringtones, then all you have to do is open the file in Audacity, cut it down to the length you want for the ringtone (30 seconds or less is best).

You will need to download their MP3 convertor plug-in, however it is SIMPLE to install with Audacity:

Once you cut your song down to your ringtone, export is as an MP3, click "OK" to select the default settings if it gives you any and thats it. Then you just need to either upload them to your phone (via Micro-SD card if equipped, or USB cable/port on your phone), or send them via message if your phone supports it.


FYI, I have used it for both the Motorola V330 and the new RAZR V3t, both of which have Micro-SD memory cards and USB ports.
