Turbo Jam?

Do the Cardio party and ab jam really work as well as they say?? If not, do you know a better video?

They absolutely do work as well as the infomercial says. I thought I was in pretty good shape from using the treadmill all the time, but that cardio party killed me! They are definitely worth the price. It's the first thing I have bought from an infomercial that actually worked. Also, Chalene Johnson is not nearly as annoying on the DVD as she seems to be on the ad.
